You may be frustrated with your character flaw. But you don’t have to be perfect to draw near to God.
When you put your trust in what Jesus did for you, God sees you as perfect because you have come to the end of your righteousness and finally accepted the gift of Jesus’ righteousness and grace.
Jesus paid the penalty for your sins and gave His righteousness to you. He said it’s finished. What you couldn’t do for yourself, He did it for you. That’s amazing grace!
Jesus sacrificed Himself to make you a brand new creation on the inside. The more you rest in God’s acceptance and love, even in your flaws, the more you will live out the new you.
