Press on and plunder

As we’re completing the first half of 2020, I feel the Holy Spirit saying that now is the time to press on and seek the Lord diligently. As we do it with faith and expectation, we will enter into a place of newness in God.

We will birth something new. We will see the manifestation of His favor, surprises, and promises in our lives.

It’s not the time to settle for less than what God has intended for our lives. It’s time to plunder the enemy’s camp and take back what he has stolen from us.

If we adjust our time and space in this season to make room to seek the Lord diligently, our efforts will bear great fruits. God will reward our hunger.

Don’t settle for less

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
— 3 John 2

Many believers are settling for less than what God has intended for them because of a lack of desire and unbelief. In a sense, we can live with false humility, self-pity, and half-truth. Our discernment may be off and not in line with what God has in store for us.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
— Hosea 4:6

God loves us but we can get stuck in life and remain in one place for a long time. It’s because we don’t see and believe what He wants us to see and believe. We have our own biases, prejudice or even wrong information.

We believe what we see and hear in the natural. We see limitations. We forget we belong to a supernatural Kingdom. There are no limitations there.

God is not a respecter of person but a respecter of faith. Faith pleases Him. If we hear the words of the Kingdom but do not mix faith to what we hear, the words don’t profit us. We will live as victims.

Things are not what it seems or seemed in the natural. We will realize this in heaven one day. We need discerning eyes to see and ears to hear now. Let’s be spiritually aggressive and tenacious. It’s a time to press on to perceive correctly what God has for us.

What’s your conviction

If things didn’t work for others, it does not mean it won’t work for you. Let not other people’s experiences become the truth for you. You don’t know what they believed and how their walk with God was. You don’t know what they have been sowing. You don’t know what took place behind the scenes in their lives.

God is asking what’s your conviction, what are you going to stand on? Don’t allow the enemy to steal anything from you. Don’t be deceived. Stop looking at others, understand what the will of God is for your life.

Take authority in Jesus’ name and speak to your mountains, speak to sickness, speak to lack of finances, speak to oppression, speak to addictions, speak to the lies, speak to those things that you know are not supposed to be in your life.

Whatever you bind on earth, will be bound in heaven. Whatever you loose on earth, will be loosed in heaven.

Decree covenant promises of God into your life. The Bible is full of promises on healing, supply of provision, deliverance, protection, etc. Believe and stand on these promises. It belongs to you for you are in Christ.

Whatever the enemy has stolen, command him to restore it seven-fold. Make him pay. He is the victim and you’re the victor. You’re more than a conqueror. We’re kings and queens seated in the heavenly places with Christ.

Plunder the enemy’s camp

God will not treat us like a two-year-old. It’s time to grow up. We’re waiting on Him but He is waiting on us to rise up and enforce the victory He won for us on the cross. He wants to train our hands for war and plunder the enemy.

In the stories of Esther and the Jews, David and his men, Abraham and Lot, Moses and Israelites, we see the enemy being plundered. They faced challenging times but God’s favor was on them.

They ended up as victors, not victims.

God wants us to plunder souls from the enemy and set the captives free. He wants us to plunder things that rightfully belongs to us. He wants us to plunder wealth, health and time that the enemy stole from us and our families. It’s time to repay, it’s time to take back.

We’re His bride and army. He wants to teach us to fix things. He wants us mature and no longer be babes needing milk. He wants us to understand dominion. His intent is that, through His church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms.

He wants the full dose of His glory hitting the enemy’s camp. He wants us to learn to take authority, co-rule, and reign to shift things.

Make adjustments

Cut off distractions and spend quiet time waiting on God. Make practical adjustments in your life and press on. Pray more in the Spirit (tongues). Decree promises from His word because you believe it’s for you.

Allow the Lord to remove and heal soul issues holding you back. It could be rejection, insecurity, fear, unforgiveness, hurts, etc. Lose them from your life and bind His perfect love to your soul.

Let His love and acceptance heal your emotions and hurts.

Be watchful with your words. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. If there’s faith in your heart toward the promises from God’s word, then let your words line up correctly.

Time to go all in

God does not want you to remain stuck. It’s time to come into a deeper place with the Lord and prepare for the new He has in store for you. Surrender completely, no more divided heart. It’s time to go all in.

All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
— Psalm 139:16

Tune in your spiritual ears to what God has to say. Let your spiritual eyes see what He wants to show. There are things God has in store for you. He wrote it in His book. If you care to pursue His version for your life, seek Him diligently.

It’s time to say, “Lord, my food is to do Your will no matter what the cost. I’m hungry for the truth. Reveal what I don’t know. I’m hungry to be all and have all that You have written about me in Your book. Life’s a vapor. I want to be unstuck and move forward in Your purposes for my life.”

Let’s not get distracted or spiritually slack off when we’re supposed to seek God diligently, especially in this season.

We can come to a new place of freedom and clarity. He will reveal what we need to know. He will give understanding, revelation, and direction. It won’t drop from heaven just like that, we need to value it enough to pursue it diligently.

Once you see and hear correctly, you then need to act. Faith without works is dead. When God reveals something, understand and obey what He says. Start implementing it into your life. Then you will see the manifestation.
